Drive Change Together
Join the movement for social justice and combat the fentanyl crisis now.
Fentanyl is silently devastating communities across America. At 50-100 times more potent than morphine, this synthetic opioid has claimed over 74,000 lives in 2024 alone, according to the CDC and National Institute on Drug Abuse.
The lethal dose is almost invisible – just 2 milligrams, equivalent to a few grains of sand, can cause fatal respiratory depression. What makes this crisis particularly insidious is how fentanyl is disguised in counterfeit pills or mixed with other substances without the user's knowledge.
Today, synthetic opioids are involved in 75% of all opioid overdose deaths in the United States, leaving thousands of families shattered in its wake.

How Fentanyl Reaches Our Communities: The Supply Chain of Death
The fentanyl crisis has accelerated at an alarming rate. U.S. Customs and Border Protection has seized more fentanyl in the last two years than the previous five combined—a stark indicator of the growing flood of this deadly substance into American communities
Hidden Danger
Illicit fentanyl is frequently mixed into heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and pressed into counterfeit prescription pills. The drug's colorless, odorless properties make it virtually impossible for users to detect, leading to accidental overdoses.
Government Response
Federal agencies including the DEA, FBI, and DHS are coordinating a whole-of-government approach to disrupt supply chains and prosecute traffickers. Yet despite these efforts, fentanyl continues to find its way into our neighborhoods.
Community Vigilance
While law enforcement battles suppliers, community awareness remains our best defense. Knowing the sources and appearance of fentanyl-laced products can prevent tragic outcomes.
